At Verdure, our mission is to create an immersive, transformative retreat that harmonizes creativity, sustainable luxury, and adventure. The Property
Verdure’s 243 acres offer a stunning natural landscape, with lush meadows, towering Spruce and Pine plantations, and groves of native Hardwoods. The property features three trout-classified streams, flowing into serene ponds, a lively creek, and a striking waterfall, along with wetland areas shaped by beavers, creating vibrant habitats for waterfowl and small mammals. An orchard and historic remnants—stone walls, old bridges, and a root cellar possibly used during the Underground Railroad—add layers of charm and history. Verdure is also bordered by 1,666 acres of Skinner Hill State Forest, providing expansive trails and endless opportunities to explore.
